Since 2021, we've delivered High Voltage infrastructure across Data Centres, Switchyards, Tunnels, and other major electrical projects throughout NSW. We're currently looking for experienced MV/HV Cable Jointers to join our team and are also keen to hear from HV Electricians and Testing & Commissioning Technicians as we continue to grow.
Whether your background is in cable jointing, HV installations or commissioning, we're interested in people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong technical team.

Remuneration
Remuneration ranges from $60 - $75 per hour which includes site-specific allowances depending on the specific project assignment. Please note that overtime penalties and Superannuation are paid additionally on top of this rate.

The work.
Depending on your experience and specialisation, your responsibilities are.
- Carry out MV/HV cable jointing, terminations, repairs and associated cable works.
- Install and maintain LV, MV and HV electrical equipment, including switchgear, transformers and distribution systems.
- Carry out cable preparation, installation and terminations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
- Support HV cable testing, fault finding and commissioning activities.
- Undertake electrical testing, protection relay testing and system commissioning through to energisation, where appropriately qualified and authorised.
- Complete defect rectification, maintenance and upgrades to critical electrical infrastructure.
- Support data centre infrastructure fit-outs, expansions and upgrades.
- Work alongside our electrical installation teams on broader project works between specialist jointing assignments.
What You'll Need:
- Valid Australian Working Rights
- NSW Electrical License
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and working collaboratively
Depending on your area of expertise:
- Cable Jointers: Demonstrated MV/HV jointing and termination experience, with relevant training, qualifications and manufacturer competencies.
- HV Electricians: NSW Electrical License with HV, industrial or major infrastructure experience.
- Testing & Commissioning Technicians: Experience in electrical testing, fault finding, protection systems or HV equipment commissioning.
Remuneration
Remuneration ranges from $60 - $75 per hour which includes site-specific allowances depending on the specific project assignment. Please note that overtime penalties and Superannuation are paid additionally on top of this rate.
