The whole HV scope, delivered inside a data centre that never went down.
Nebula delivered the full HV scope for a data centre interconnect: switchgear supplied, installed and commissioned, MV cable and fibre hauled and terminated, protection proven.
None of it happened on an empty site. In a live facility the work is shaped by what the environment will permit: where plant can be laid down, when an isolation can be taken, how long the window lasts and who signs it off. Sequencing is negotiated rather than planned once and executed.
The self-performing model shows up in two specific places on this scope. The plinths and custom CT drop boxes were manufactured in-house rather than ordered in, which is what turns a dimensional problem found on site into a workshop task instead of a procurement delay against a booked isolation. And the crew that installed the switchgear commissioned the protection on it, so the arc flash and line differential settings were proven by people who knew how the assembly had been built and terminated.
